How It Works

  1. Request a Return
    Email us at dan@pillowlolgue.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Prepare Your Item
    Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

  3. Ship It Back
    We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. Simply attach it and drop it off at any shipping carrier location.

  4. Get Your Refund
    Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.
